Elite Wheel Distributors, Inc. is a wholesale manufacturer and distributor. We do not offer one-off sales to consumers. We offer products and services exclusively to authorized retailers with legitimate storefronts in the automotive industry.
How do I make a payment?Chris Diaz
If an order will not process with your default payment settings and terms, please call in to speak with an account representative to resolve the issue.
What are my shipping costs for this order?Chris Diaz
Shipping is calculated after checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your invoice which contains the final shipping costs. Rates are calculated by the weight and dimensions of the product and/or pallet.
$20 per item (ADL) wheels and tires. $20 per tire for offroad tires - larger than 24x14 has to go on a pallet - calculated once products are palletized and weighed then added to the invoice which is emailed.
Outside ADL Territory: Elite will use fedex only
Wheels and tires are typically $30 per item. An offroad tire will need to be calculated manually. Pricing is subject to change based on current rates and conditions.
Mid-west to West Coast
Wheels and tires are typically $35 per item.

Increments of 8 sets are pallet quantities on wheels only, get free shipping (pay for difference outside of pallet qty)

What is your Return Policy?Chris Diaz
First and foremost, if you are needing to create a return, you have most likely purchased with us, which means we owe a “Thank you!”, nothing makes us happier than to supply the industry and our customers with the highest quality brands and products!
Our return policy is put in place to keep our customers confident in Elite, therefore, we offer shipping assistance, local pickup or drop-off options, and easy-to-use submission forms. We also offer warranties for the following brands: Lexani, Lionhart & Venom (see manufacturer’s Warranty Policy for specifics). To ensure your product(s) are received by Elite as a warranty we need the “Reason for Return” text box to include the following: Mileage, date of installation, remaining tread depth, and a description of the warranty claim.
Furthermore, to ensure a quick and easy approval process, our RMA request forms require account information, order details, product photos, corresponding product information. You are able to add more than one item onto a single RMA request but are limited to one invoice per RMA request. Once we receive the RMA request, our Returns Department will approve or refuse the request via email. From there, we will create the return to include any necessary changes from the original invoice (restocking fee, shipping charges, warranty notes, etc.), we will then send your return form to you and your sales rep. If you wish to proceed with the return, please respond to the email chain approving the RMA, and please provide us with the return tracking information, local pickup or drop-off information, or shipping assistance inquiries.
Returns must be requested no more than 45 days from the date of delivery. Incorrectly delivered or products shipped damaged by us will be accepted at no cost to the customer, we will cover shipping or fuel charges if applicable. Returns will not be accepted if the items were delivered over 45 days from the time of submitting the Return Request. The product must be in the original packaging and must be securely packaged and protected for return shipping. If the item is not properly packaged or in the original packaging the return will be refused at the time of delivery. Cash refunds are not offered. Special order items, custom order items, drilled wheels, and mounted and balanced wheels will not be accepted.
CANCELLED OR REFUSED ORDERS
If an order has been invoiced and you wish to cancel or refuse the order while in transit or upon delivery, there will be a 15% restocking fee on all canceled or refused items. The customer will also be responsible for paying the original shipping or delivery charges, as well as the return shipping or delivery charges.
